Billing Address will be included in your invoice. Please also include at the end, any entities (e.g. tracking numbers) that you would like to be part of the invoice.
To cancel your registration, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations received on or before 14 February, 2017, you will receive a refund minus a $40 administration fee. For cancellations received after 14 February, no refund will be issued, however, you may send a substitute in your place by notifying us on or before 21 February, 2017.
One must register each person from a group separately. If you are paying by wire transfer, we will issue one invoice for the total amount. Please email email@example.com for questions and requests.
